Python with AllStak
AllStak accepts Sentry wire-protocol events. Use the maintained official Sentry SDK for Python; an AllStak-specific SDK is not required.

Installation
Install the official Sentry package from its normal registry.
pip install sentry-sdkConfiguration
Copy the DSN from AllStak project setup and initialize Sentry as early as your framework recommends.
import sentry_sdk
sentry_sdk.init(dsn='{{DSN}}', environment='production')Basic example
Send the official SDK's test event, then confirm it appears in the matching AllStak project and environment before rollout.
Capturing errors
Use the official Sentry captureException API for handled failures. Unhandled-error behavior follows the selected official integration.
Tracking requests
Enable only the official integrations and sampling options that AllStak currently certifies for this runtime; review the compatibility matrix before enabling optional signals.
Best practices
- Keep the AllStak DSN in environment or runtime configuration, not hard-coded in source.
- Set environment and release consistently so events remain attributable during migration.
- Run old and new SDKs together only for a bounded validation window; duplicate events can otherwise affect volume and grouping.
